Loan Policy

Our showroom and workspaces are open free to the public.

Feel free to drop by with your photos, fabrics, tiles, flooring samples, - anything you're working with - and spread out in our design center to work on your project. Our friendly staff are always here to help.

While we are happy to provide in-store access to our books and materials, please note that Teschner's no longer loans our books and samples materials free to the general public. We are happy to loan our materials to those who have a paid subscription to our library.

This policy helps us to ensure our amazing array of resources is always up to date and available for your use in store. By paying a small fee toward the library's upkeep, you help to ensure that Rochester continues to have the best retail decorating resources and support staff this side of New York city.
